DNA tests later confirmed that the officers’ DNA matched the dried spit found on the victim. Surveillance footage from the bar shows the officers and the victim leaving the establishment with the officers supporting her as she was unable to walk. The victim’s next memory is waking up to the officers allegedly sexually assaulting her in a strange apartment.
