Antwerp, Belgium, has been selected to host the World Tunnel Congress (WTC) 2027, marking the first time Belgium will host the event. Spain and Morocco are considering building a high-speed train link across the Strait of Gibraltar, which could drastically reduce travel times between the two countries.
