CBSE Class 10th, 12th Compartment Exams Begin Today: Important Details

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to administer the Class 10th and 12th compartment exams, providing a second chance for students who did not clear certain subjects in the regular board exams. The supplementary exams for Class 12 commenced today, July 15th, while the Class 10 compartment exams will be held from July 15th to July 22nd.

A total of 1,22,170 Class 12 students and 1,32,337 Class 10 students have been placed in the compartment category. These exams offer a crucial opportunity for students who failed in one or two subjects to pass the academic session and avoid repeating the entire year. However, it’s crucial to remember that students who failed in three or more subjects are not eligible to appear for the compartment exams.

For detailed information regarding the exams, including the exam schedule and instructions, students are advised to visit the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in. The compartment exam date sheet was released after the publication of the list of candidates (LOC).

To avoid any inconvenience on the exam day, it is essential for students to familiarize themselves with the exam day instructions mentioned in the CBSE board timetable. These guidelines are vital for ensuring a smooth and successful examination experience.
