Central Railway’s Harbour Line Services Disrupted Due to Derailment at CSMT

Services on the Central Railway’s Harbour Line were severely affected on Monday afternoon after a coach of a local train derailed while entering platform number 2 of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), Central Railway officials said. The incident occurred at 11.43 am, disrupting train services on the busy line. Railway officials immediately rushed to the site to attend to the situation and restore services as soon as possible. The cause of the derailment is still under investigation. Passengers were advised to use alternative modes of transport or take alternative train routes to reach their destinations.
