This holiday season, Challenge Butter is spreading holiday cheer and supporting a very important cause: the fight against pediatric cancer. They’ve teamed up with Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, a non-profit organization dedicated to funding research for new and improved treatments for childhood cancer.
Together, they’ve launched the “Challenge for a Cure” initiative, inviting everyone to join the fight by hosting bake sales or making direct donations. It’s an easy way to get involved and make a difference. If you’re ready to host a bake sale, you can easily sign up online and receive helpful bake sale kits and guidance from the Cookies for Kids’ Cancer team to ensure a successful event. Even if you don’t have time to host a bake sale, you can still make a difference by donating directly to fund life-saving research through their custom microsite.
Challenge Butter is committed to this cause, pledging a generous donation of $10,000 to Cookies for Kids’ Cancer. “We are thrilled to support this heartfelt initiative in partnership with Cookies for Kids’ Cancer,” said Priya Kumar, VP of Marketing at Challenge. “For decades, families across the country have trusted Challenge for their favorite holiday meals and traditions, and this year, we can’t think of a better way to give back than by donating to help fund pediatric cancer research. We encourage everyone to join us in this sweet effort by hosting a bake sale or raising awareness in their own way.”
Challenge Butter is even providing some festive inspiration for your bake sale! They recommend baking their signature Stained Glass Snowflake Cookies, any of the other delicious holiday cookie recipes found on their website, or a family favorite from their collection. To further spread awareness, simply share a photo of your holiday cookie creations on social media between now and December 31st, tagging @challengebutter and @Cookies4Kids along with the hashtag #ChallengeForACure.
For this special initiative, Challenge Butter is also introducing a limited-edition holiday pack featuring their signature Elk in a festive winter setting. Inside, you’ll find a recipe for their signature Stained Glass Snowflake Cookie.
“We are incredibly grateful for Challenge’s generous donation,” said Gretchen Witt, Executive Director of Cookies for Kids’ Cancer. “Their support will help us make a meaningful impact in the fight against pediatric cancer. We look forward to working together to spread awareness and raise much-needed funds for research.”
