Charlie Puth’s Trousdale Estates Mansion Relists for $14 Million

After sitting on the market for nearly five months, Charlie Puth’s Trousdale Estates mansion has re-emerged with a reduced price tag of $14 million. Originally listed in November 2022 for just under $17 million, the modernist home has been unable to attract a buyer at its initial asking price.

The property, known as “The de Cordova House,” was designed by noted architect Rex Lotery in the mid-1960s. The stone, concrete, glass, and wood structure spans 4,800 square feet and features four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Notable features include a wet bar-equipped great room with walls of glass, a dining room topped with a sculptural chandelier, and a gourmet kitchen outfitted with wood cabinetry, marble countertops, and commercial-grade appliances.

Upstairs, the sumptuous primary suite boasts a spa-inspired bath with dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, steam shower, and sauna. The half-acre grounds offer a swimming pool nestled alongside a sundeck, fire-pit, and numerous spots ideal for al fresco lounging and entertaining. There’s also a spacious garage that’s been converted into a full fitness studio.

Puth, a Grammy-nominated musician, first gained mainstream attention at age 18 with YouTube videos featuring tunes such as “Someone Like You”. He went on to release his debut album “Nine Track Mind” in 2016, which peaked at No. 6 on the Billboard 200. His hit singles include “One Call Away”, “Marvin Gaye”, “We Don’t Talk Anymore”, and the “Furious 7” theme song “See You Again”, which spent 12 weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100, and earned him three Grammy nods, a Golden Globe nomination, and 9x-platinum certification in the U.S.

In addition to his Beverly Hills home, which is now listed by James Harris and David Parnes of Carolwood Estates, Puth also owns properties in Studio City and Santa Barbara.
