Social Hub by Dhaba is thrilled to announce the arrival of Chef Dalvir Singh as its new Executive Chef. With an impressive 17 years of experience in both continental and Indian cuisines, Chef Singh is poised to transform the gastronomic offerings at this premier New Jersey dining destination.

Chef Singh’s culinary journey has taken him across continents and prestigious establishments. His career began as a trainee at The Imperial in New Delhi, where he gained foundational expertise in upscale dining and kitchen management. He further honed his skills at the Taj Palace Hotel and Radisson Blu Hotel in New Delhi, solidifying his reputation as a rising star in the culinary world.

Between 2009 and 2017, Chef Singh embarked on a global culinary adventure, refining his skills and upholding exemplary food standards on prestigious cruise lines such as Carnival Cruise Line and Oceania Cruises. He adhered to HACCP protocols, ensuring the highest quality and safety in his culinary creations. His experiences at the Airways Hotel in Port Moresby and The Imperial Hotel in New Delhi further enhanced his innovative cooking style, blending traditional techniques with modern twists.

At Rich Products & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in India, Chef Singh’s leadership shone through. He led a team of 30 chefs, developing strategic kitchen plans and designing inventive menus. His commitment to operational efficiency and HACCP compliance established him as a leading culinary figure, respected for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to inspire his team.

Prior to his current role at Social Hub by Dhaba, Chef Singh excelled as the Executive Sous Chef at Taumeasina Island Resort in Apia, Samoa. Here, he ensured superb food quality and managed kitchen operations effectively, showcasing his ability to adapt to diverse culinary landscapes.

Since January 2024, Chef Singh has led the kitchen at Social Hub by Dhaba, which accommodates 250 guests and offers a rich variety of continental, Asian, and Indian dishes. His tenure has already made the restaurant a favorite for food enthusiasts in the area, drawing praise for his innovative and enticing creations.

Chef Singh holds a B.Com degree from Delhi University and has received numerous accolades, including Gold and Bronze Medals at the AAHAR Chef Competition. He is also a certified cruise professional, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
