The Camden County Championships took place over the weekend at both Overbrook and Haddonfield High Schools. For the fifth-straight tournament, Cherry Hill East swept both the singles and doubles brackets dating back to 2019.
Cherry Hill East’s dominance in the singles bracket was led by senior captain Jason Li, who cruised to the championship match without dropping a set. In the doubles bracket, the duo of juniors Ethan Kim and Ryan Park proved too strong for their opponents, capturing the title in straight sets.
This latest victory extends Cherry Hill East’s remarkable streak in the Camden County Championships. The Cougars have now won 10 of the last 11 singles titles and 9 of the last 11 doubles titles. Their success is a testament to the strength of their tennis program and the dedication of their student-athletes.
