London-based hospitality group Cheval Collection is set to add to its Dubai portfolio with the upcoming opening of Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai in early 2025. The property will be located in the prestigious Expo City Dubai, the legacy site of the World Expo 2020, alongside the iconic Al Wasl Plaza.
Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai will be one of Cheval Collection’s largest properties, featuring 150 luxury hotel apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom units and two royal suites. The property will undergo a comprehensive refurbishment to transform it into a luxurious accommodation offering.
“We are delighted to launch another property in Dubai in line with our continued growth and evolution in the Middle East,” said Mohammed S Alawadhi, Managing Director of Cheval Collection. “As Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai celebrates a successful first year of operation, we are anticipating the same success from our upcoming opening in Dubai’s prestigious Expo City.”
The new property will bear all the hallmarks of the Cheval Collection brand, including a vibrant location, luxury home-from-home accommodation, high-end fitness facilities and excellent dining options. Guests will enjoy amenities such as a rooftop pool, meeting and event spaces, a restaurant, bar, brasserie and coffee shop, all conveniently located near the Expo City Metro station.
Cheval Collection currently operates over 800 luxury apartments across 13 properties in London, Edinburgh and Dubai, and showcased its offerings at the recent Arabian Travel Market in Dubai. The company’s expansion in the Middle East reflects the region’s growing tourism industry, with Dubai firmly established as a leading global hub. Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai is set to contribute to the city’s continued growth and diversification.
