Co-op Live to Host First-Ever UFC Event in UK This July

The highly anticipated Co-op Live arena in Manchester is set to host its inaugural sporting event this summer, with the announcement that the Ultimate Fighting Competition (UFC) will be coming to the venue in July. The event, which will take place on Saturday, 23rd July, marks the UFC’s first European event of 2024 and promises to be an unforgettable night for fans of mixed martial arts.

The Co-op Live arena, which is set to open this Saturday (27th April), is the UK’s largest and most sustainable live entertainment arena. It features a unique bowl design to bring fans closer to the action, as well as 32 restaurants and bars spread across the venue. With the north of England home to many of the world’s leading fighters, the arena is perfectly positioned to host major combat sports events.
