The National Testing Agency (NTA) is gearing up to announce the results for the Joint CSIR UGC NET 2024 examination. Candidates who participated in the exam, conducted from July 25 to 27, eagerly await the release of their scorecards.
Once the NTA officially declares the results, candidates can download their scorecards from the official CSIR UGC NET website: csirnet.nta.ac.in. To access their scorecard, candidates will need their Application Number, Date of Birth (DOB), and Security PIN.
The NTA had previously released the provisional answer key for the CSIR UGC NET 2024 exam on August 9. Candidates were given the opportunity to raise any objections to the answer key until August 11, subject to a fee of ₹ 200 per challenge. The NTA assured that these challenges would be carefully reviewed by subject experts, and if found valid, the answer key would be revised accordingly.
The CSIR UGC NET examination 2024 was conducted across two shifts: from 9 am to 12 noon and from 3 pm to 6 pm. The examination on the last day, July 27, was held only during the first shift. A total of 2,25,335 candidates appeared for the exam, which was held in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode at 348 centers located in 187 cities throughout India.
Candidates are strongly advised to thoroughly review all the information presented on their scorecard after downloading it. This includes details like their name, roll number, subject, marks obtained, and qualifying status.
