The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 is fast approaching, and the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the admit cards for the exam soon. Candidates who have applied for the CTET 2024 can download their admit cards or hall tickets from the official website at ctet.nic.in.
The CTET 2024 exam is scheduled to be held on July 7, 2024, in two shifts. The first shift, Paper-I, will be held from 9:30 am to 12 noon and is for candidates seeking to become teachers for classes 1 to 5. The second shift, Paper-II, will be held from 2 pm to 4:30 pm and is for candidates aspiring to teach classes 6 to 8. Each shift will have a duration of 2:30 hours.
According to CBSE guidelines, biometric attendance is mandatory for all candidates before entering the examination hall. Failure to mark biometric attendance may result in the cancellation of the candidate’s result.

2. Locate the CTET admit card link.
3. Enter your login details and submit.
4. Check and download your CBSE CTET 2024 admit card.
On the day of the exam, candidates must bring their admit card along with a valid photo ID and other documents as mentioned in the CTET 2024 guidelines.
Earlier, the CBSE had released the city intimation slip for the CTET 2024, allowing candidates to check their assigned cities on the official website. The CTET 2024 exam will be conducted in twenty languages across 136 cities in India.
The CTET exam is mandatory for candidates who want to be eligible for appointment as teachers in any school falling under the Right to Education Act (RTE). Passing the CTET ensures that candidates meet the minimum qualification requirements to become a teacher in various schools across the country.
