Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s Judicial Remand Extended; Hearing on Arrest Challenge Set for April 29

Advocate Rishikesh Kumar, a staunch supporter of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, provided crucial updates on the judicial remand and ongoing legal proceedings involving the CM. On April 23, he confirmed that Kejriwal’s judicial remand had been extended until May 7th. Kumar also noted that the Delhi CM had been successfully provided with insulin in jail following the intervention of the Supreme Court and consultations with AIIMS doctors.

Kumar further elaborated on the upcoming hearing scheduled for April 29th in the Supreme Court. This hearing will focus on the challenge to Kejriwal’s arrest, and Kumar expressed optimism that the CM would be released soon.
