Parts of Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR) experienced heavy rainfall on Wednesday, providing much-needed relief from the summer heat. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) reported that the minimum temperature settled at 26.4 degrees Celsius, a degree below the normal for this time of year. The humidity level was recorded at a high 92% at 8:30 am.
The weather department has predicted that the national capital and its surrounding areas will continue to see generally cloudy skies throughout the day, with more showers expected. Residents of Delhi-NCR can anticipate a pleasant and cool day, with the rainfall providing a welcome break from the recent hot and humid weather.
