Denise Welch’s Son Matty Healy’s Unflattering Mention in Taylor Swift’s New Album
In an unearthed 2016 interview, Healy had stated that he would never date Taylor Swift. However, they went on to have a brief relationship in 2023.
Swift’s latest album, released on April 19, includes a song titled “The Smallest Man That Ever Lived,” which has been interpreted as referring to Healy.
According to Healy’s aunt, he is the subject of the song. She stated that Healy “will not be surprised by the song” and that they “know what went on.”
The song includes references to someone who “tried to buy pills” and “didn’t measure up in any measure of a man.” Healy has previously expressed self-consciousness about his height, which is 5ft 10in.
Swift herself is 5ft 9in, making her almost as tall as Healy.
