In June, Desay Battery launched its Active Safety Energy Storage Cell and System. This groundbreaking system utilizes advanced sensors to monitor the pressure of each cell in real time, enabling real-time analysis of battery health, accurate prediction of cell lifespan, and early warnings of potential failures. By identifying and mitigating risks at the single-cell level, the system allows for prompt responses to anomalies, empowering users to make swift and informed maintenance decisions, ultimately ensuring long-term battery stability.
The event highlighted various reliable and high-quality products that have been implemented in numerous projects, showcasing their proven reliability. The 314Ah LFP cell boasts a standard lifespan of up to 12,000 cycles at 25 degrees Celsius, delivering high energy density and enhancing the economic benefits and longevity of energy storage systems.
Desay Battery also presented its 100Ah and 280Ah LFP cells. All three cell types have passed stringent international certification tests, including GB/T36276, UL1973, IEC62619, UN38.3, RoHS, and UL9540A. The showcased 68Ah and 200Ah sodium cells offer high specific capacity and are well-suited for high-altitude, low-temperature, and FM energy storage scenarios, demonstrating Desay Battery’s technological innovation.
Desay Battery’s commercial and industrial energy storage cabinets, including the 215kWh and 344kWh C&I outdoor cabinets and the plug-in frame home energy storage cabinets, provide versatile solutions for diverse applications like distributed energy generation, microgrid energy storage, electric vehicle charging and storage, urban energy storage, and C&I energy storage stations. The plug-in frame cabinet offers capacities of 30kWh, 50kWh, and 100kWh, enabling flexible configurations to meet various customer needs and simplifying installation and disassembly.
Desay Battery also unveiled its 5MWh ESS system, characterized by its high integration, efficiency, and safety. The AB box design saves 43% of floor space, and the 20-foot standard container design complies with global maritime transportation standards.
