The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, claims Combs impregnated her and, despite pressure from his associates to have an abortion, ultimately suffered a miscarriage. The lawsuit delves into disturbing details, alleging Combs forced Doe to consume ketamine and alcohol while subjecting her to sexual encounters with other individuals. Adding to the mounting legal woes surrounding Combs, explicit videos, allegedly depicting his encounters, have surfaced. TMZ reported that a male ‘sex worker’ provided prosecutors with a recording of a “freak-off” tape, reportedly made by Combs in May 2023. These “freak-offs” are described as recorded sexual performances and drug-fueled orgies. Sources told TMZ that one of these encounters was videotaped and is now in the possession of federal prosecutors.
