Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, the renowned music mogul, is facing a new wave of allegations as he remains incarcerated at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Centre. A fresh lawsuit filed in New York City accuses the Grammy-winning artist of a disturbing pattern of misconduct, including drugging, raping, and intimidating a former model over a period spanning from 2021.
The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, claims Combs impregnated her and, despite pressure from his associates to have an abortion, ultimately suffered a miscarriage. The lawsuit delves into disturbing details, alleging Combs forced Doe to consume ketamine and alcohol while subjecting her to sexual encounters with other individuals. These accusations resonate with claims made by nearly a dozen other individuals since Combs’ ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, publicly accused him of similar misconduct in November 2020.
Adding to the mounting legal woes surrounding Combs, explicit videos, allegedly depicting his encounters, have surfaced. TMZ reported that a male ‘sex worker’ provided prosecutors with a recording of a “freak-off” tape, reportedly made by Combs in May 2023. These “freak-offs” are described as recorded sexual performances and drug-fueled orgies. Sources told TMZ that one of these encounters was videotaped and is now in the possession of federal prosecutors.
The alleged videos have sparked a wave of speculation and controversy, with reports emerging that they are being leaked on the dark web. Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, the attorney representing a new accuser of Combs, confirmed she was approached about the sale of one of the alleged “Diddy tapes”. While she declined to disclose the identities of those featured in the video, she revealed that both Combs and a “more high-profile” individual are present in the explicit recording.
Combs, who was arrested on September 16 at a Manhattan hotel, faces charges including sex trafficking and racketeering. The gravity of these accusations could potentially land him in prison for life. Investigators have seized firearms and phones belonging to Combs. Simultaneous raids were conducted at his Los Angeles home, during which Combs’ sons, Justin and Christian “King” Combs, were handcuffed.
Adding another layer of controversy to the ongoing saga, surveillance footage from 2016, obtained by CNN, appears to show Combs physically assaulting Cassie Ventura at a Los Angeles hotel. The video captures Combs chasing Ventura while wearing only a towel, violently grabbing and dragging her down before kicking her. He then proceeds to pick up her luggage and drags her back to a hotel room along the floor as she shields her head.
Two days after the footage surfaced, Combs released an apology video admitting to assaulting Ventura. He expressed remorse for his actions, labeling them as “inexcusable” and vowing to take responsibility. Combs also revealed seeking professional help and undergoing therapy. While Combs attempts to navigate these accusations, his legal situation remains precarious, with the potential for life imprisonment hanging over his head. This ongoing saga is sure to continue to captivate the public’s attention as details unfold and the legal proceedings progress.
