Dinosaur World, located at Sweet Valley Ranch off Highway 95 in Fayetteville, North Carolina, is preparing for its fourth season, which promises to be the most impressive yet. Opening on June 1st and running through August 3rd, Dinosaur World will offer visitors an unforgettable prehistoric experience, featuring a Fossil Museum, an extensive 1/4-mile Dinosaur Trail in the woods behind Sweet Valley Ranch, and an Ice Age cave. With a collection of more than 75 animatronic creatures and dinosaurs, Dinosaur World will take visitors on a journey back in time. Anita Surgeon, the mastermind behind Dinosaur World’s development, expressed her excitement about the attraction’s growth, which has seen its collection expand from a modest 25 animatronic dinosaurs in 2021 to an impressive 75 this year. Surgeon emphasized their commitment to introducing new and thrilling experiences each year. The success of Dinosaur World is evident in the over 150,000 visitors it attracted from North Carolina in 2021, solidifying its position as the largest permanent dinosaur attraction in both North and South Carolina. Set on a sprawling 300-acre farm, Dinosaur World is home to 350 animals representing five continents.
