Discover Airlines, a leisure airline, has become the official premium partner of the German Beach Tour, Germany’s largest beach volleyball tournament series. The partnership will see Discover Airlines provide prize money for the award ceremonies at each tournament, as well as support the tour’s travel across Germany.
The German Beach Tour spans four months from May to September and features competitions for both men and women. This year, the tour will visit nine locations across Germany, including Düsseldorf, Bremen, Heidelberg, Munich, Kühlungsborn, and Timmendorfer Strand. The series concludes with the German Championships at Timmendorfer Strand.
Discover Airlines’ debut sports sponsorship is a testament to the company’s commitment to supporting popular sports and increasing its brand awareness in Germany. The airline’s route network offers access to some of the most beautiful beach volleyball courts in the world, making it a natural fit for the partnership.

The German Beach Tour has been the premier national beach volleyball series since 2006 and is organized by the German Volleyball Association (DVV). The tour provides a platform for both established and up-and-coming beach volleyball players to compete at the highest level.
