Disgruntled Former Corporator Threatens to Beg over Alleged YSRCP Neglect

In a surprising turn of events, former Chittoor Municipal Corporation corporator Marthal Sivakumar, who is now 65 years old and has had his left leg amputated, has accused the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leadership of neglecting his contributions to the party. Sivakumar claims that he joined the YSRCP in 2011 and worked tirelessly to strengthen the party’s presence in the corporation. Despite his dedicated efforts, he alleges that he was not given due importance in the 2019 corporation elections.

Expressing his frustration, Sivakumar stated that he had sold away all his property, including his own house, for the sake of the party. He claims that the YSRCP leadership has overlooked his sacrifices and the tireless efforts he put in to support the party during its formative years.

Visibly upset, Sivakumar declared that if the YSRCP leadership fails to address his concerns within a week, he will have no choice but to resort to begging on the streets from May 1 onwards. This bold statement has raised eyebrows and sparked discussions about the internal dynamics within the YSRCP.

It remains to be seen how the YSRCP leadership will respond to Sivakumar’s allegations and threats. The situation highlights the importance of recognizing and valuing the contributions of dedicated party members, especially those who have made significant sacrifices for the cause.
