To achieve carbon neutrality, DMEGC Solar implemented comprehensive emission reduction strategies across its Lianyungang base, adhering to the stringent guidelines outlined by ISO 14064-3:2019, GHG Protocol, and ISO 14068:2023 standards. The rigorous verification process conducted by TÜV SÜD confirmed the effectiveness of DMEGC Solar’s emission reduction initiatives, culminating in the successful offsetting of remaining emissions through the purchase of carbon credits from internationally recognized voluntary emission reduction projects. This achievement has transformed the Lianyungang base into a true “Carbon Neutral Factory.”
TÜV SÜD’s comprehensive verification across DMEGC Solar’s Sihong, Lianyungang, and Yibin bases encompassed direct emissions at the organizational level, indirect energy emissions, and emissions generated throughout the value chain, all evaluated according to ISO 14064-3:2019 and GHG Protocol standards. The verification results are a testament to DMEGC Solar’s dedication to green practices, as all three facilities have achieved a remarkable 100% green energy consumption.
