The preliminary schedule for the Spring/Summer 2025 edition of Dubai Fashion Week is out, featuring more than 30 brands from the region and beyond. The event, set to take place from September 1-7 at Dubai Design District, will bring together a diverse range of designers, showcasing both haute couture and ready-to-wear collections.
The first three days will focus on haute couture presentations, offering guests exclusive personal shopping experiences in collaboration with high fashion retailers. Days four through six will be dedicated to ready-to-wear collections, featuring established names like BLSSD, Dima Ayad, Born in Exile, and Weinsanto. Notably, Weinsanto’s participation is presented and supported by the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode, the governing body behind Paris Fashion Week, highlighting the global reach of Dubai Fashion Week.
The final day will be reserved for private appointments and a curated buyers’ market, providing a platform for discerning customers to connect with designers.
This edition also introduces the International Buyers Programme, a key initiative aimed at fostering collaborations between global retailers and the emerging talent showcased at Dubai Fashion Week. “A key objective of our Buyers Programme is to foster meaningful connections between global retailers and the innovative designers that Dubai Fashion Week showcases,” said Mohammed Aqra, Chief Strategy Officer of the Arab Fashion Council. “The positive feedback from the global fashion industry highlights the importance of the platform in the international arena. We are committed to supporting the fashion ecosystem by creating opportunities for designers and retailers alike.”
Dubai Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2025 promises to be a significant event, positioning itself as a key player in the global fashion calendar and offering a platform for both established and emerging designers to connect with international audiences.
