Elon Musk, one of the world’s wealthiest individuals, has once again made headlines for alleged inappropriate behavior and sexual relationships with employees. According to a report by The Wall Street Journal, Musk reportedly had a sexual relationship with a former SpaceX intern and later hired her into his executive team. The report further claims that Musk also maintained a sexual relationship with another employee. A third woman alleges that Musk repeatedly asked her to have his children, but she declined, leading to a denial of a pay raise and complaints about her performance. One of the SpaceX employees involved in a sexual relationship with Musk also faced accusations of having an affair with SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell’s husband. The matter was reportedly brought to the attention of the HR department, with Shotwell seeking the woman’s removal from the chief executive’s office, as per The Wall Street Journal. The report is based on emails, text messages, and interviews with over 48 individuals, including friends and family members of the women involved. Notably, these allegations are not the first of their kind against Musk. In 2021, five former SpaceX employees alleged a ‘culture of sexual harassment’ within the company. Musk has previously been accused of exposing himself to a flight attendant on a private jet and offering to buy her a horse in exchange for an erotic massage.
