Engage, Powered by ENA, has partnered with Golisano Children’s Hospital’s emergency department to enhance the well-being and professional growth of emergency nurses who play a crucial role in providing care to pediatric patients. Established in 2023 with a mission to elevate emergency nursing excellence, Engage has partnered with 25 EDs across the country, including Golisano. As part of this partnership, Engage will provide specialized training programs, enhance front-end processes, and implement well-being initiatives tailored to the unique challenges of pediatric emergency nursing. These initiatives aim to create a healthy workspace where nurses feel connected, cared for, and empowered to provide optimal care to their patients. Engage is dedicated to empowering emergency nurses by providing them with the resources and support they need to excel in their roles and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Through this collaboration, Golisano Children’s Hospital and Engage will work together to create a supportive and nurturing environment for emergency nurses, enabling them to deliver exceptional care to their young patients.
