Hungary pulled off a dramatic last-minute win against Scotland, with Kevin Csoboth scoring in the 10th minute of added time to secure a 1-0 victory. Despite the win, Hungary’s fate hinges on the results of other matches to determine if they will advance as one of the best third-placed teams.

In Group C, England topped the standings after a draw against Slovenia, while Denmark and Slovenia both secured qualification. Despite having identical overall statistics, Denmark’s higher ranking in the UEFA Qualifiers placed them above Slovenia.

Austria emerged victorious in Group D after a dramatic five-goal thriller against the Netherlands. France’s draw ensured they finished second in the group, just one point behind Austria. The Netherlands, despite the draw, secured a spot in the knockouts by finishing as one of the best four third-placed teams.

Belgium and Ukraine played out a goalless draw in Group E, sending Belgium through to the last 16 as runners-up and eliminating Ukraine.

Romania topped Group F after a 1-1 draw against Slovakia, while Slovakia also qualified as one of the best third-placed teams. Czechia’s elimination was confirmed after defeats to Turkiye and Georgia.
