Eurostar Introduces Enhanced Flexibility and Comfort for Passengers
Effective November 4th, Eurostar is implementing changes to its ticket policies and travel classes, providing passengers with greater flexibility and comfort.
Flexible Fares for All
Previously, only premium cabin passengers could make changes to their travel plans. However, Eurostar is now offering flexible fares as standard across all travel classes. Passengers holding Standard and Plus tickets can exchange them without a fee as many times as required until just one hour before departure. Unused tickets can also be refunded up to seven days before travel. Premier customers enjoy even more flexibility, with the ability to exchange tickets until two days before departure and receive refunds up to the same day.
Redesigned Travel Classes
Eurostar is also introducing new travel classes to cater to different passenger needs. These include:
*
Eurostar Standard:
The economical option, featuring a cafe onboard for food and drinks.*
Eurostar Plus:
Offers more comfortable seating, a workspace, and a meal.*
Eurostar Premier:
Provides access to premium food service, lounges, and a priority lane. All classes offer generous baggage allowances, free seat bookings, and Wi-Fi. This makes train travel a more appealing alternative to flying, especially for those seeking flexibility and convenience.
Additional Changes
Eurostar has also recently launched a new-look website and app, along with Club Eurostar, a rewards program that offers discounts and upgrades for frequent travelers. These changes are part of Eurostar’s ongoing commitment to provide passengers with a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
