Hewlett Packard (HP) has joined Scuderia Ferrari as its new title partner in a multi-year deal. The partnership, which rebrands the team as Scuderia Ferrari HP, will see the American technology company’s distinctive blue logo featured on Ferrari’s Formula 1 cars, team kit, and overalls starting from next week’s Miami Grand Prix. The alliance also extends to Ferrari’s F1 Academy and esports programs. Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, citing shared values of innovation and sustainability. HP counterpart Enrique Lores emphasized the natural fit between the two brands, highlighting their commitment to performance and exceptional craftsmanship. HP will not only provide branding but also supply Ferrari with a range of services, including computers, printers, conferencing technology, and more. Notably, HP’s partnership with Ferrari differs from its previous involvement in Formula 1 through Hewlett Packard Enterprise, which focuses on cloud and networking solutions. Earlier this week, Ferrari announced a livery change to commemorate its 70th anniversary in the American market, incorporating two shades of blue, Azzurro La Plata and Azzurro Dino, into the SF24.
