Fighting Food Insecurity: Sam’s Club, Borealis Foods Join Forces with Feeding America

Food Insecurity: A Nationwide Concern

Food insecurity remains a significant challenge in America, affecting an estimated 44 million people, including one in five children. The issue is particularly pronounced among vulnerable populations, such as children, seniors, and those facing economic hardship.

Sam’s Club and Feeding America Join Forces

To address this urgent need, Feeding America and Sam’s Club have embarked on an 11-year partnership to combat food insecurity through their Fight Hunger. Spark Change campaign. This collaboration has successfully raised over $186 million, securing close to 1.9 billion meals for local food banks within the Feeding America network.

Borealis Foods Enters the Partnership

Borealis Foods Inc., a newly public food tech company dedicated to providing accessible and nutritious food solutions, has joined the partnership this year. Their contribution to the campaign includes the introduction of Chef Woo High Protein Ramen, the first high and complete protein noodle on the market, to Sam’s Club stores nationwide.

Chef Woo High Protein Ramen: A Nutritious and Impactful Option

Chef Woo ramen is a revolutionary product that offers a blend of plant-based protein, high-oleic sunflower oil, wheat flour, legumes, and grains. Borealis Foods’ Commitment to Fighting Hunger

Borealis Foods believes that access to nourishing food is a fundamental human right. Their partnership with Sam’s Club and Feeding America underscores their commitment to fighting food insecurity and malnutrition.
