Five Cavalry Horses Escape, Causing Havoc and Injury in Central London
Authorities are actively searching for five escaped Cavalry horses that are currently rampaging through central London, leaving a trail of chaos and destruction in their wake. The incident has already resulted in one injured soldier and damage to several vehicles.
The Metropolitan Police, in collaboration with the Army, are tirelessly working to locate the animals. Buckingham Palace Road has been shut down as the search operation intensifies.
Horrifying footage captured by witnesses shows the horses galloping wildly through busy streets, with one colliding with a black cab. Another horse is believed to have struck a London bus, causing significant damage.
According to witnesses, one of the horses bolted across Buckingham Palace Road, crashing into a parked vehicle before continuing its rampage. A brave soldier who attempted to intervene was unfortunately injured and was seen screaming in pain as blood covered the vehicle.
Construction worker Bashir Aden, who witnessed the incident, described the injuries as “very serious” and expressed concern for the soldier’s well-being. He stated that the horses normally travel down that route, but this time one of them seemed particularly distressed or panicked.
Emergency services, including the London Ambulance Service, have been deployed to the scene to provide medical assistance and support. Authorities urge the public to exercise caution and avoid the affected area until the situation is resolved.
