FlixBus India, the international travel-tech company that commenced operations in February 2024, has successfully completed three months of service. During this period, the company has made significant progress, expanding its network and enhancing its service offerings.
FlixBus India has now driven over 1.4 million kilometers, connecting over 50 cities across the country. To meet the growing demand, the company has introduced 11 new routes, bringing the total to 20. Additionally, it has partnered with five major bus operators, increasing its fleet to 45 buses.
To enhance the travel experience, FlixBus India has inaugurated two new lounges in Anand Vihar and RK Ashram, in addition to its existing lounge in Kashmiri Gate. These lounges provide travelers with a comfortable and convenient space to relax before their journeys, featuring amenities such as Wi-Fi, cloakroom facilities, and clean resting areas.
Throughout its three months of operation, FlixBus India has experienced a surge in travel during April, particularly during the Holi and Good Friday long weekends. Popular routes during this time included Delhi to Rishikesh, Delhi to Lucknow, Delhi to Manali, Dehradun to Delhi, and Delhi to Haridwar.
