From May 9 to 16, 2024, Cairo will host a dynamic lineup of culinary events, discussions, exhibitions, screenings, and activities across its key lifestyle districts and cultural hubs. Over 40 events are scheduled throughout the week, featuring more than 20 acclaimed chefs from around the world alongside rising stars and luminaries from Egypt and the broader MENA Region.

On May 12, 2024, the hotel will kick off the festivities with the inaugural Cairo Food Week Press Conference, followed by a collaborative dinner at Riviera restaurant featuring guest Chef Riccardo Forapani. This exclusive seven-course menu, crafted from locally sourced organic ingredients, will be complemented by a cocktail reception offering breathtaking views of the Nile River. The menu boasts delicacies like Crème Caramel al Parmigiano Reggiano, Mediterranean Yellow Tail with Latxa fig leaf and almond cold broth, Vongole e Filetto, Mahalabeya, and Fiori rosa, Fiori di pesco.
