Debuting on July 2, 2025, Bloom by The Lawn features a specially curated menu of signature cocktails, expertly crafted by Rotunda’s mixologists. Indulge in the EC3, a unique twist on the classic Mimosa; the Tower Bridge Twist, a refreshing zesty lemon spritz; or the No.10 Trinity, a sophisticated cocktail that embodies the hotel’s refined spirit.
