The Hotel’s acclaimed Chandelier Bar will partner with prestigious 50 Best Bars honorees, including BKK Social Club, ARGO, VIRTÙ, Cafe La Trova, and La Cumbancha. Additionally, there will be exclusive pop-ups from The Connaught, Champagne Bar, and Fifty Mils. This event underscores the Hotel’s commitment to beverage excellence, showcasing award-winning bars and spirits. Guests can expect masterfully crafted cocktails that elevate the art of mixology, offering an exceptional drinking experience where every sip tells a story.
Kick-off the cocktail extravaganza with brand-new Brazilian bar, Exímia. One of Drinks International’s Top 100 Most Influential Figures, Márcio Silva co-founded Exímia with award-winning Chef Manu Buffara to create a space that pays homage to Brazilian culture through its vibrant atmosphere, authentic cuisine, and innovative cocktails. Ranked #24 on the World’s 50 Best Bars list, Cafe La Trova, along with its sister bar La Cumbancha—named after the Cuban-African term for a joyous gathering—will bring the vibrant Cuban-American bar scene from Miami to Chandelier Bar. End the evening with enticing cocktails and live performances by Afro-Cuban jazz musician Alexey Marti.
Honourees for the 2024 Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards, including the Hotel’s own Chandelier Bar, will gather under the Chandelier for a special pre-awards toast with colleagues and bar icons from around the world. The Spirited Awards send-off will feature chill beats by DJ G.
In recognition of the growing trend of zero-proof beverages, the Hotel has partnered with Lyre’s to host a week-long Spirit-Free Hospitality lounge on its fifth floor in Chemin à la Mer. This lounge will serve as a space to recharge, meet, and discuss the importance of balance in the beverage industry. The lounge will be open on Sunday, July 21, from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm, and from Monday, July 22, to Wednesday, July 24, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
