Fresh Complaint Filed Against Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah in MUDA Land Scam

A fresh complaint has been filed against Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and other individuals, alleging involvement in the destruction of evidence related to the MUDA (Mysore Urban Development Authority) land scam. The complaint was filed by Pradeep Kumar, as reported by news agency ANI.

Kumar accuses the Chief Minister and his associates of tampering with evidence pertaining to 14 land sites, suggesting a deliberate attempt to conceal their alleged involvement in the scam. The complaint specifically names Yathindra Siddaramaiah, the Chief Minister’s son, further adding to the controversy.

Pradeep Kumar has sought a thorough investigation and the registration of a case against Siddaramaiah and the others named in the complaint. The allegations, if proven, could have significant political ramifications in Karnataka, with the opposition likely to seize upon this opportunity to criticize the ruling government.

The MUDA land scam has been a recurring issue in Karnataka, with allegations of corruption and irregularities in the land allotment process. This new complaint, targeting the Chief Minister himself, further intensifies the controversy and raises serious questions about the transparency of the state government’s actions.
