Funeral Service for Fallen Onondaga County Sheriff Lt. Michael Hoosock

The funeral service for Onondaga County Sheriff Lt. Michael Hoosock will be held at the State Fair Expo Center in Syracuse, New York, on Monday at 11 am. The service will be open to the public and will be live-streamed online.

The county’s Air 1 helicopter will fly over the Fairgrounds during the service. The burial in Assumption Cemetery in Syracuse will be private.

Anyone who wishes to view the escort to the cemetery can line up along the following route:

The procession will leave the state fairgrounds through Gate 12 and turn left onto Bridge Street. It will continue on Interstate 690 East, exit at Bear Street, and proceed to Court Street and Assumption Cemetery.
