## GERI’s Innovative Thermal Process: Revolutionizing Heavy Oil Recovery with Reduced CO2 Emissions

The results are impressive: oil production has shown significant increases over baseline rates, with steam-oil ratios (SOR) as low as 0.6, and up to 70% of the CO2 injected downhole remaining underground.
The DCSG technology is highly portable and adaptable, fitting onto standard well leases without requiring new drilling. This minimizes land disturbance and costly infrastructure investments, making it an attractive solution for producers. The technology is also versatile, compatible with both vertical and horizontal well types and applicable to both thermally and non-thermally cased wells using GERI’s patented CasingCooler TM.
