Gogoro Battery Swapping Launched in Colombia through Terpel Voltex Brand

In a joint effort to promote sustainable transportation in Colombia, Terpel and Gogoro Inc. have introduced Gogoro’s battery swapping service in the country under the Terpel Voltex brand. This collaboration marks a significant step towards accelerating the adoption of electric two-wheelers.

Along with the battery swapping service, Gogoro has introduced the Gogoro 2 Plus and Gogoro VIVA Mix Smartscooters. These vehicles offer a smart and convenient alternative to traditional plug-in charging, addressing the challenges associated with this method. Gogoro’s battery swapping technology has proven to be safe, reliable, and efficient, with over 590 million battery swaps completed to date and over 400,000 battery swaps performed daily.

Terpel, a leading Colombian fuel and lubes company, has expressed its commitment to supporting electromobility solutions.
