As the Executive Sous Chef, Chef Kamble will serve as the deputy to the Director of Culinary, managing the daily activities of the Banquet Kitchen and the hotel’s Signature restaurants. His responsibilities include designing menus for weddings and corporate events, overseeing food preparation, and developing unique culinary creations. Known for his inventive recipes and skill in adapting to culinary trends, Chef Kamble upholds the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

With over 16 years of experience in various culinary areas such as Banquet Kitchens, Restaurants, and Room Service, Chef Kamble has played a key role in organizing numerous noteworthy events. These include hosting Asia’s Longest Table in 2012, ten seasons of Lakme Fashion Week, and collaborations with prestigious gatherings like NASSCOM, India Today, HICSA, Indian Economic Forum, and numerous high-profile celebrity weddings.
Chef Kamble’s educational background includes a Craftsmanship Course in Food Production & Patisserie from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Mumbai, completed in 2005. Outside the kitchen, Chef Kamble enjoys music and delving into regional cuisines, showcasing his deep-rooted passion for culinary arts and continuous learning.
