On Saturday, the Bengaluru Police uncovered the body of a 29-year-old woman, brutally chopped into over 30 pieces and stuffed inside a refrigerator. The horrifying incident unfolded in the Malleswaram area, falling under the jurisdiction of the Vyalikaval police station.
The grisly details emerged after residents in the area alerted authorities about a strong stench emanating from a house. Upon investigation, police found the dismembered body of the woman, identified as Mahalakshmi. Initial investigations suggest that Mahalakshmi was likely murdered a week prior to the discovery.
