Gurugram Man Killed in Parking Dispute, Mother and Brother Injured

A 28-year-old man, identified as Jasuja, was killed after being run over by his neighbor, Manoj Bharadwaj, in Gurugram. The incident occurred around 11.30 pm on Sunday due to a dispute over parking. According to police, a servant of Jasuja parked a cab in front of Bharadwaj’s house, leading to an argument between the two. The situation escalated when Jasuja, his brother Ranjak, his mother, and his wife arrived home and got into a brawl with Bharadwaj.

In a fit of rage, Bharadwaj called his friends, and together they thrashed both Jasuja and Ranjak. Bharadwaj then got into his Hyundai Creta and hit the two brothers, dragging them on the car’s bonnet for around 20 meters. The entire incident was captured on CCTV.

While Ranjak fell on one side, Jasuja came under the car and was rushed to the hospital, where he was declared dead. Ranjak is still in critical condition, according to police.

On Monday, an FIR was registered against Bharadwaj and unidentified others under sections 302 (murder), 307 (murder attempt), and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Sector 50 Police Station.

“An FIR has been registered against the unidentified and main accused Manoj Bhardwaj,” said Inspector Satyawan, SHO of Sector 50 Police Station. “We are conducting raids and the accused will be arrested soon.” The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
