Dave Myers, the beloved TV chef and one half of the popular cookery duo the Hairy Bikers, left a substantial windfall of £1.4 million to his wife, Liliana. Following his passing in February 2023 at the age of 66 after a battle with cancer, paperwork filed last month revealed that Liliana, 57, has been named sole shareholder of Myers’ company, Sharpletter Limited.
Liliana, who was previously a prosthetics make-up artist, joined Dave’s production company as a director shortly before he revealed his cancer diagnosis in 2022. She also became a British citizen that year, according to documents filed with Companies House.
Prior to his death, Myers and Liliana met while filming the Hairy Bikers in Romania in 2006, where she worked at a hotel. They married in 2011, and Myers became stepfather to Liliana’s two children.
In a heartfelt tribute to her late husband, Liliana wrote online: ‘Rest in peace, my love. My wonderful, brave man! Till next time we meet!’
While the details of Myers’ will have yet to be made public, the transfer of his shares in Sharpletter Limited to Liliana ensures that his legacy will continue through the company they built together.
