Last year’s beauty and wellness day with The Viva Group featured pampering sessions like manicures and blow-outs. This year, in alignment with Mental Health Awareness Week in May, Health Lab offered a holistic approach. Ida’s by Charlotte Puxley hosted a power breakfast served by Guerilla Coffee. Vogue Singapore’s beauty and wellness director, Alli Sim, moderated a panel discussion on longevity, featuring insights from experts on hormones and dietary choices. The discussion also addressed the impact of aging and strategies for leading a disease-free life. Trapeze Rec. Club conducted a Movement and Mobility Class, focusing on strength-building stretches. Attendees enjoyed kombucha by Pourabucha and vegan ice cream by Kind Kones. A mindful flower demonstration by Charlotte Puxley and a workshop by Bilda using The Discover Kit encouraged introspection and self-expression. The day concluded with a healing sound bath by Trapeze Rec. Club, designed to reduce anxiety and pain. Health Lab provided a meaningful and restorative experience, highlighting the importance of self-care and holistic wellness during Mental Health Awareness Week.
