Heritage Environmental Services (HES), a portfolio company of EQT Infrastructure, has announced the appointment of Patrick Schultz as its new Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, effective September 3, 2024. Schultz joins HES from Veolia North America, where he held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Veolia’s Sustainable Industries and Buildings business unit.
Schultz brings a wealth of experience to HES, having previously led Veolia’s growth initiatives across its water, waste, and energy businesses in the U.S. and Canada. He spearheaded mergers and acquisitions, business development, and innovation efforts. Prior to his leadership role at Veolia, Schultz was instrumental in developing the company’s operational excellence and business transformation approach.
