Hezbollah, a terror organization based in Lebanon, launched 35 rockets towards Israel on Monday. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) responded swiftly by striking the sources of the launches in the southern Lebanese area of Arzoun.
The Hezbollah rockets were detected crossing into the vicinity of Ein Zeitim in northern Israel. Fortunately, no casualties were reported. However, rocket sirens blared in several northern Israeli cities, including Safed.
Shortly after the rocket sirens, sirens warning of potential hostile aircraft intrusions sounded in numerous other communities in northern Israel.
This rocket fire from Lebanon follows Israeli airstrikes earlier on Monday morning, which targeted two Hezbollah military structures in the areas of Arzoun and Odaisseh in southern Lebanon.
