As part of the rebranding initiative, Highgate Portugal will embark on a comprehensive transformation across all four properties. This includes a complete makeover of public areas, guest rooms, and dining facilities, incorporating contemporary and upscale design elements. The renovation work is scheduled to commence in late 2024, with a target reopening date in 2025.

The Westin Salgados Beach Resort, boasting 95 elegantly designed rooms and suites, along with 42 residences, promises a luxurious beachfront escape. Designed to cater to both couples and families, the resort offers direct beach access, six outdoor swimming pools, proximity to the renowned 18-hole Salgados Golf Course, a Westin Kids Club, and signature wellness offerings. These include the WestinWORKOUT® fitness studio, Heavenly® Spa, and dedicated RunWESTINTM routes.
For those seeking a permanent beachfront lifestyle, The Residences at Westin Salgados Beach Resort present a unique opportunity. Offering one- to three-bedroom layouts, these residences offer resort-style living in a prime location, available for private ownership.
The Algarve Marriott Salgados Golf Resort & Conference Center stands out as the region’s largest conference facility, offering panoramic views of both the beach and golf course.
