It can also function as a digital scanner, thanks to the built-in capabilities of the Notes and Files apps. Whether you’re using an iPhone or an older model, the steps remain the same.
Scanning with the Notes App
To utilize your iPhone’s built-in scanner within the Notes app, follow these simple steps:

Open the Notes app:
If you don’t have the app installed, download it from the App Store.2.
Create a new note:
Select a pre-existing note or create a new one.3.
Access the scanner:
Tap the camera icon at the bottom of the Notes app and choose ‘Scan Documents’.4.
