Humane, the highly anticipated debut feature film by Caitlin Cronenberg, is set to premiere on Shudder. The film, which stars Jared York, Rachel York, and Enrico Colantoni, is set in a post-apocalyptic world where a global ecological collapse has made world leaders swiftly and strictly act in extreme ways to reduce the planet’s population. The main narrative follows a father, whose plan to enlist in the government’s new euthanasia program goes wrong, resulting in his children being put in a situation where they must fight for their survival.
