Conflict between HYBE and ADOR continues to escalate, with reports of an audit and a clarification statement by ADOR and its CEO, Min Hee-jin.
On Monday, it was reported that HYBE had launched an audit against ADOR’s management, including Hee-jin, alleging attempts to gain independence. Reports also indicated that late into the night on Tuesday, lights remained illuminated in the HYBE building.
Amidst these developments, Hee-jin issued a statement to Daily Sports, denying HYBE’s claims. She stated that she had not met with investors or planned with other executives to take over the label’s management rights. She emphasized the impossibility of such an action due to HYBE’s majority stake in ADOR.
Hee-jin also expressed concern that HYBE’s actions were not taking into account the condition or schedule of its artists. She stated that ADOR had an important upcoming schedule and they were carefully considering their response.
