A 23-year-old man, identified as Uday Kumar, met a tragic end after falling from a third-floor window of the VV Pride Hotel at Chandanagar. Kumar, a polytechnic student, had gone to the hotel to celebrate a friend’s birthday. According to the footage, he stepped out of his room and encountered a dog in the hotel corridor. Initially, he tried to shoo the dog away, but then seemingly began playfully chasing it. As the corridor ended, the dog abruptly turned right, causing Kumar to lose his balance and fall through an open window. He succumbed to his injuries, leaving his friends and family devastated.

The man, seen dangling from a building at the Supertech Capetown residential society in Sector 74, was rescued thanks to the quick thinking and courage of the two residents. The man’s entire body was hanging outside the balcony, precariously clinging to the edge of the railing.
