Hyderabad Metro Extends Services for IPL Match at Uppal Stadium
Hyderabad Metro Rail will be extending its services beyond the scheduled closing hours to facilitate the convenience of fans attending the Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket match at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Uppal on Thursday, April 25th. To accommodate the influx of spectators, the last trains will depart from their respective terminal stations at 12:15 am and are expected to reach their destinations around 1:10 am.
During the extended hours, entry into the Metro system will be permitted only at the Uppal, Stadium, and NGRI stations. All other stations will allow exits only. This measure has been implemented to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of passengers during the peak hours surrounding the match.
The Hyderabad Metro Rail encourages cricket enthusiasts to utilize the extended services to travel conveniently and avoid traffic congestion. The Metro provides a reliable and comfortable mode of transportation, enabling fans to reach the stadium and return home after the match without any hassle.
